Can you fix a card warped by heat?
Sometimes. Mild heat warping can occasionally be improved, but heat can also set the stock and fade ink permanently. We assess each card and are honest about what is realistic.
Is a dry climate actually better for storing cards?
Lower humidity avoids most mould and cupping problems, which is a real advantage. The trade-off is heat, so the risk shifts from damp to warping and fading rather than disappearing.
Do you have an Adelaide drop-off point?
No. Adelaide submissions are mail-in. In-person drop-off is at the Lab in Penshurst NSW, where walk-ins are welcome.
