Sending cards to CardRevive

You arrange and pay for inbound shipping. Use sleeves, semi-rigids, waterproof internal protection and a rigid outer mailer or box, and include the portal packing slip. Our detailed guide is at cardrevive.com.au/how-to-package-cards. Use tracked, signature delivery and arrange any transit cover you require.

Mail parcels to: Bill H (CardRevive), Parcel Collect 10105 58550, 8 Faraday Road, Padstow NSW 2211. This is a mail-only intake address, not a walk-in location. You are responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to our nominated intake point.

In-person drop-off is available as an alternative to posting. Walk in to the Lab at 493a Forest Rd, Penshurst NSW 2222 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm · Sat 9am–2pm). No appointment needed; please create your submission first so the cards are logged on arrival.

Intake and care at the Lab

We record cards when the parcel is opened and use reasonable care in receiving, photographing, storing, treating, packing and dispatching them. Notify us promptly if our intake record appears incomplete or inaccurate.

Trading cards can have pre-existing, hidden or age-related defects. The service declaration and final quote explain treatment risks and approvals. The absence of insurance does not exclude any responsibility CardRevive has under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Insurance and Australia Post Extra Cover

A declared card value does not itself insure the card. CardRevive does not provide agreed-value, collectible or property insurance for inbound transit, Lab custody, return transit or grading-company custody. CardRevive's general business insurance is not a customer policy and does not replace cover you choose to arrange.

A customer may choose paid Australia Post Extra Cover for an Australian return parcel. CardRevive itself does not underwrite that cover. Where selected and charged, we purchase the corresponding carrier product for that return consignment. It is subject to Australia Post terms, excluded-item rules, proof-of-value requirements and compensation limits. The amount selected is a claim limit, not a guaranteed payment, and it applies only to the relevant domestic return carrier leg.

If the selected Extra Cover cannot be purchased for the parcel, we will not charge it or will return that charge. Ask us for lodgement or cover evidence if you need it for your records.

Return shipping and pickup

Australian tracked standard and express return options, their estimated carrier times, applicable GST and the total charge are shown in the portal or quote. Pickup is free from the Lab at 493a Forest Rd, Penshurst (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm · Sat 9am–2pm) once we confirm the cards are ready.

Check your address before approving dispatch. If a parcel is returned or must be resent because the address you supplied was incomplete or incorrect, you are responsible for the reasonable redelivery cost. CardRevive bears that cost where our error caused the problem.

Service and carrier timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We provide tracking when available and will tell you about a material known delay.

Grading-company and international shipping

If you request third-party grading, you authorise the necessary transport to and from that company. The grading company and carriers apply their own delivery, declared-value, compensation and claims terms. CardRevive remains responsible for its own packing and intermediary services to the extent required by law.

International postage, duties, taxes, customs inspections and return costs are quoted or passed through where applicable. CardRevive does not offer insurance, Extra Cover or other parcel cover for overseas packages; you must arrange any international transit or collectible cover you require. You are responsible for destination duties or taxes unless we agree otherwise. Customs or border delays are outside the stated restoration timeframe.

Delay, loss or damage claims

Contact info@cardrevive.com.au promptly if tracking stalls, a parcel misses its expected window, packaging arrives damaged or a card appears affected. Keep the packaging and take photographs before discarding anything. Prompt notice helps preserve carrier evidence; it does not impose a seven-day forfeiture of rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

For a return shipment that CardRevive arranged, we will investigate, lodge or assist with the carrier claim and keep you updated. Carrier compensation is determined under the carrier's terms. Any carrier payment does not reduce a separate responsibility CardRevive has under law.

Failed delivery and uncollected cards

If a return cannot be delivered or cards are not collected, we will contact you using the submission details. Reasonable, previously disclosed storage, redelivery or return charges may apply.

We deal with uncollected cards only under the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW), including the required notices and time periods for the card's value band. CardRevive does not acquire ownership merely because a card remains uncollected.
