Shipping Policy

Inbound shipping (sending cards to us)

You are responsible for inbound shipping. Pack your cards using sleeves, semi-rigids and a rigid outer mailer or box — see our packaging guide at /how-to-package-cards.

Send cards to: Bill H (CardRevive), Parcel Collect 10105 58550, 8 Faraday Road, Padstow NSW 2211. Use a tracked, signature-on-delivery service for any submission worth over A$200.

In-person drop-off is available as an alternative to posting — walk in to the Lab at 493a Forest Rd, Penshurst NSW 2222 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm · Sat 10am–2pm). No appointment needed; please create your submission first so the cards are logged on arrival.

Insurance

CardRevive does not provide insurance for inbound transit. We strongly recommend declaring full value and insuring high-value submissions through Australia Post Extra Cover or your courier of choice.

Return shipping

Return shipping within Australia is a flat $19.99 for tracked, signature-on-delivery Express Post, or free pickup from the Lab at 493a Forest Rd, Penshurst (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm · Sat 10am–2pm) once we confirm your cards are ready — no appointment needed.

For international returns, shipping is calculated at the time of dispatch and added to your final invoice. We use registered tracked international services with declared value.

Turnaround

Restoration turnaround depends on the service tier selected: Standard runs 60–75+ business days, Express 40–50+ and Priority 5–25+. These match the published tiers on our pricing page, and we confirm a tighter estimate after physical inspection.

Grading-middleman turnaround additionally depends on the grading house's queue. We notify you on dispatch and provide tracking.

Loss or damage in transit

If a return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact info@cardrevive.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your submission reference. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and keep you updated.
