Step 2
Build Your Submission
Select your specific services online. Whether you need a simple Surface Clean for a grading submission or deep Crease Removal for a binder copy, the portal guides you to the right choice.
Step 3
Secure Shipping
Pack your cards securely using sleeves and semi-rigids. Ship them to our secure Sydney facility. We notify you the moment your package arrives.
Step 4
The Conservation Lab
Your card enters our queue for professional treatment. We use proprietary tools and controlled, card-specific methods to lift contaminants and correct structural flaws while maintaining the card's original surface integrity.
Step 5
Grading or Return
After restoration is complete, choose whether to send your cards directly for grading or have them safely shipped back to you. We'll provide final photos, updates and any extra fees before dispatch.

Track each card from intake to return.
When your submission is created, every card gets its own record in the portal. You see what stage it is at, who touched it last, and what is next, all without opening WhatsApp.

QR-driven lab intake
Each parcel ships with a packing slip and lab QR. Cards are counted on arrival and parcels are opened on camera.
AI grade reports
When lab scans are available we generate before/after AI grade estimates, attached to the card record itself.
Approvals + invoices
Recommendations, change orders, and invoices live with the card. Approve or decline without losing the thread.
Intake · Sydney
Send us your worst card.
Start the submission flow, package your cards, and ship them to the Sydney lab for assessment.
A$10 inspection per card. If restoration is unnecessary, you skip the tier fee and can grade where requested or have the card returned untreated. If our service has a problem, contact us so we can put it right.
Every card is assessed before any work. No grade is ever guaranteed, and we never recolour.
