Complete Beckett’s current submission form, follow its holder and packaging rules, and pay direct submission charges in US currency.

For an Australian middleman route, CardRevive publishes BGS from A$55 per card. Confirm the current inclusions and total timing before handing over the cards.

Add international transit, return shipping and any customs or insurance choices to the grading-company estimate. Beckett’s working days begin after receipt rather than when a parcel leaves Australia.

Grading scale
What the grade means
BGS uses an overall 1–10 grade in half-point increments. Services with subgrades also show the component scores that contribute to the result.
BGS 10 · Pristine
Beckett’s top numerical grade; the Black Label presentation is tied to perfect component subgrades.
BGS 9.5 · Gem Mint
A near-top result under Beckett’s half-point scale and current label system.
BGS 9 · Mint
A very high-condition card with limited flaws under Beckett’s standard.
BGS 1–8.5
Condition steps from Poor through Near Mint-Mint as centring, corners, edges and surface limitations increase.
Restoration and grading prep
Subgrades make the weak component visible
A BGS-oriented assessment looks at the same four categories Beckett displays on subgrade services. That can reveal whether one weak corner, edge, surface mark or centring issue is likely to limit the overall result before you buy an offshore grading tier.
Restoration is still an eligibility risk, not a grade guarantee. Beckett’s submission rules say cards showing evidence of tampering, restoration or counterfeiting are still charged according to the requested service level. CardRevive does not promise that treatment will be accepted or produce a particular subgrade.

How does Beckett grading work in Australia?
Australians can complete Beckett’s current submission process and ship cards to its US facility, or use an Australian middleman. Beckett charges direct submissions in US currency. CardRevive publishes a separate BGS middleman starting rate of A$55 per card.
How much does BGS grading cost from Australia?
Beckett’s live Base tier was US$14.95 without subgrades or US$17.95 with subgrades when checked on 9 August 2026, about A$21 or A$26 at the RBA rate used here, before shipping and other charges. CardRevive’s separate BGS middleman starting rate is A$55.
What do BGS subgrades mean?
On Beckett services that include them, subgrades separately score centring, corners, edges and surface. They show which condition component contributed to the overall BGS grade. Beckett also offers a Base route without displayed subgrades.
Can I submit to Beckett from Sydney through CardRevive?
Yes. CardRevive lists BGS among its middleman grading options and accepts submissions at its Penshurst, Sydney intake. Confirm the current rate, service inclusions and end-to-end timing before submission; no grade is guaranteed.
