Worldwide Card Restoration

Card restoration worldwide

Worldwide mail-in card restoration for Pokemon, sports and TCG collectors. Photo assessment, tracked international shipping and grading prep from Australia.

card restoration worldwide

Worldwide collectors can start with photos before shipping.

CardRevive accepts worldwide mail-in submissions for collectors who want a specialist restoration bench with a documented workflow. Card restoration is a narrow craft, and shipping a card to a specialist can make sense when the work and the documentation justify the trip. The workflow always starts with photos, so an international shipment only happens once a card shows realistic restoration upside and the value, cost and risk of the journey make sense.

  • International photo assessment before high-value cards leave your country.
  • Pokemon, sports, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and TCG card restoration on one bench.
  • Tracked inbound and return shipping guidance for international submissions.
  • Pricing quoted in Australian dollars, including the per-card inspection fee.
  • A private portal record for every card, from intake photos to return tracking.
  • PSA, BGS, PCG, ACE and CGC grading middleman options after restoration.

Photo assessment

Start with a photo assessment

Upload clear front, back and angled-light photos, get a practical scope, then ship only when the value, risk and expected improvement make sense. International shipping adds cost, transit time and customs steps, so the photo review exists to keep cards that cannot realistically improve from making a long trip for nothing. Pricing is quoted in Australian dollars, including the A$10 per-card inspection fee, so you can weigh the cost in your own currency before you commit.

Why CardRevive

A mail-in workflow built for distance and trust.

International collectors need clarity before shipping, because a parcel is in transit and out of everyone's hands for longer. The portal keeps photos, approvals, invoices and return tracking attached to each card record, so the distance is answered with documentation rather than guesswork. Cards are logged and photographed on arrival as an independent record of the condition they reached the bench in.

Services

Worldwide mail-in restoration services.

Card restoration, Pokemon card repair, TCG cleaning and pre-grading support for international collectors, photo-scoped before anything ships and priced in Australian dollars.

01 · Service

International photo review

Send photos first so shipping decisions are based on visible condition and likely upside, not guesswork across a long distance.

02 · Service

Packaging for long transit

Pack a card so it can survive a longer international journey. Our packaging guide covers the method, and it matters more the farther a card travels, because a longer transit is harder on cardboard.

03 · Service

Customs and declared value

Customs handling, duties and taxes vary by destination, so it is worth checking your country's requirements before you ship. A declared value is a customer estimate used for pricing and handling; it is not an agreed valuation or an automatic measure of compensation. Our shipping policy sets out the detail.

04 · Service

Approvals on your own clock

Photos, quotes, approvals and updates are handled through the portal, so an international job can move forward without catching us live across a time zone. You can review the intake photos and the scope, approve when it suits you, and the record shows each stage, so there is no need to rely on a call at an awkward hour.

05 · Service

Cleaning and repair

Surface cleaning, edge and corner work, indents, creases and mould assessment where the card and its finish allow.

06 · Service

Grading handoff or return

After treatment, cards can continue to PSA, BGS, PCG, ACE or CGC middleman support, or return to you with tracking.

Process

Worldwide submission process.

01

Photo scope

Upload clear front, back and angled-light photos and card details before any international shipment is arranged, and receive a practical scope in Australian dollars.

02

Pack and declare

Pack the card securely using our packaging guide, enclose the printed submission number, then post with tracking and a declared value, plus any customs documentation your country requires.

03

Track the record

Approvals, treatment updates, final photos and return tracking stay inside the portal, so you can follow the card while it is away from home.

04

Grade or return

Once the work is approved and done, the card either continues to grading support or returns to you tracked. Allow for the approved restoration work plus outbound and return transit, and any border processing, when planning an international job.

Do you accept card restoration submissions from outside Australia?

Yes. CardRevive accepts international mail-in submissions when the card is a suitable fit after photo review. The bench is in Sydney, and cards travel in and out by tracked post, each one kept on its own private portal record.

Should I ship internationally before getting a quote?

No. Send photos first. International shipping adds cost, transit time and customs steps, so we only recommend shipping when the card shows realistic restoration upside. The photo review is there to stop a card that cannot meaningfully improve from making a long trip for nothing.

How should I package a card for a long international trip?

Pack it to survive the whole journey: sleeved, seated in a semi-rigid loader, then protected between board and padding, with your printed submission number enclosed. Our packaging guide walks through the method step by step. The extra protection matters more the farther a card travels, so post with tracking you can follow until the parcel is logged at the bench.

What currency is your pricing in?

All pricing is quoted in Australian dollars, including the A$10 per-card inspection fee and the restoration tiers. You can convert those figures into your own currency to weigh the cost before you decide to ship.

How long does international card restoration take?

Allow for the approved restoration work plus outbound transit to Sydney, return transit and any customs or border processing. We do not publish one worldwide turnaround because those shipping legs vary by country and carrier; your portal record tracks the job once it arrives.

Is my card insured or covered while it ships internationally?

CardRevive does not provide insurance for customer cards and does not offer Australia Post Extra Cover, which is conditional carrier compensation rather than insurance, or other parcel cover on overseas packages. For an international shipment you would arrange any transit or collectible cover you want through your own carrier or insurer. We log and photograph every card on arrival and use reasonable care while it is with us; our shipping policy sets out the detail.

Can international cards go to PSA after restoration?

Yes, where appropriate. After assessment and restoration, suitable cards can continue through PSA, BGS, PCG, ACE or CGC middleman support. The grading house makes the final grade decision, and no grade is ever guaranteed.
