card restoration Sydney
CardRevive is a Sydney card restoration bench at 493a Forest Rd, Penshurst NSW 2222. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours with no appointment, while the separate Padstow Parcel Collect box handles tracked mail-in intake. Dropped-off and posted cards follow the same documented workflow: portal logging, photography, physical assessment and a quoted scope before any work is approved. Restoration and grading preparation can then stay in one workflow rather than sending the card away twice.
Photo assessment
Start the submission in the portal first so every card carries a job number, its photos, a declared value and the service scope before it reaches the bench. Creating the record before you travel means the cards are logged the moment they arrive, and you can send front, back and angled-light photos ahead of a drop-off to confirm a card is a sensible fit for the trip.

Visit the Lab
Bring your cards to the physical restoration laboratory and collector shop in Penshurst for walk-in drop-off or pickup during opening hours.
No appointment is needed. Create your submission before visiting so every card is logged as soon as it arrives.
Why CardRevive
The Lab is in Penshurst, mail-in intake runs through the Padstow Parcel Collect box, and tracked post covers the rest of Sydney and beyond. A walk-in drop-off and a mail-in parcel are treated exactly the same way once they reach the bench: logged against the portal record, photographed, assessed and quoted before anything is approved.

No. Padstow is the Parcel Collect box used for mail-in only, so please do not call in there. In-person drop-off and pickup happen at the Lab in Penshurst, where walk-ins are welcome. Post to Padstow with tracking, or bring the cards to Penshurst, whichever suits you.
The card is logged against your portal submission, then assessed under light and magnification for surface, edge, corner and crease issues. We explain the proposed scope, the material risks specific to that card and the price for approval before any treatment begins. An A$10 inspection fee applies per card assessed.
Yes. Restoration and grading preparation run through the same workflow, so a card can be cleaned or repaired and prepared for grading in one visit rather than being sent away twice. After restoration, suitable cards can continue through our PSA, BGS, PCG, ACE or CGC middleman service. We do not grade cards ourselves, and the grading house always makes the final grade decision.
