Risk and limitation of liability
Card restoration involves inherent risk. Despite our care and our use of non-invasive, conservation-grade methods, an outcome cannot be guaranteed for every card. We assess each card before treatment and will advise where risk is elevated.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss or damage to a card under our care is limited to the lesser of (a) the documented fair market value of the card on the date of receipt, and (b) the total amount paid by you for that submission. We strongly recommend insuring high-value cards in transit.
